Application Process

Eligibility requirements:

Wings provides support for applicants traveling to and from oncology appointments who live in one of the following Montana counties:

• Flathead
• Lincoln
• Lake

What we reimburse for:

Wings provides reimbursement to qualified applicants for the following:

• Travel
• Meals 
• Lodging

When Applying

Important things to remember when filling out the application:

• Save and attach all meal receipts to the application. Copies of the receipts are accepted.
• You can submit an application each month as needed or wait until you finish treatment to submit everything. It is your choice.
• The board meets once a month to review and award applications.
